Mr. Aldo De La Haza joined Dynasty Group with more than 20 years experience in the nondestructive testing (NDT)
of concrete. Mr. De La Haza has extensive project experience throughout the Unites States and internationally.
He has applied NDT test methods to solve unique concrete related problems on hundreds of project assignments,
including: bridge investigations, façade investigations, historic preservation, structural collapse investigations,
and criminal forensic investigations.
Throughout his career, Mr. De La Haza has been involved in the development of NDT methods, working closely with
federal agencies and equipment manufacturers, such as the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Nondestructive
Testing Laboratory in McLean, Virginia, the Federal Institute for Material Testing and Research (BAM) in Berlin,
Germany, Acoustic Control Systems (ACSYS) in Moscow, Russia, and UTSI Electronic in Cambridge, UK. He is
knowledgeable in a variety of NDT methods, including: ultrasonic shear wave method (UST), impact-echo (IE), impulse
response method (IRM), ground-penetrating radar (GPR), infrared thermography (IR), ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV),
and others.
