Mr. Stutzman joined Dynasty Group, Inc. in 1996.  Mr. Stutzman has worked in the A/E/C industry for more than 20 years, after graduating from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology.

Mr. Stutzman began his career as a surveyor.  He specializes in land, construction, and topographic surveys in rural and urban areas.  He has worked on notable projects such as the I-80/94 reconstruction and the I-55 reconstruction and he has completed many surveying projects with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT), and the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDOA).

Mr. Stutzman is a licensed professional land surveyor.
